The outer circumference of this item measured by a flexible tape is approx. 680mm.
The second number 18.1 is nominal width.The actual width varies from 17.3mm to 17.4mm approximately if measured by vernier caliper ( it is not accurate due to manual measurement.)
The mark 669-18.1 on this drive belt is just a mark to distinguish one drive belt from another.
The first number 669 does not mean the outer circumference of this drive belt is 669mm.
If your old drive belt is Gates Powerlink 669-18.1, our this drive belt will be identical to your old one and it will fit perfectly.
If your old drive belt does not have a mark "669 18.1" or "669 18 30", please do NOT buy this item.

There are two sizes of drive belt for 139QMB GY6-50 engine, one is 669-18.1(or 669-18), another is 729-17.5. Please check the size of your old drive belt before purchase.
