    C Band upconverter. 70 Mhz IF in Domestic C Band 5.925 - 6.425 Ghz output. LO locks in, segments test good, fan is missing. Probably working, but not sure. That's about all I can tell you on this one. This unit is being sold as-is like any electronic equipment I sell.
