Miteq JSMF3-02K150-50-10P Amplifier 19 GHz LNA Tested Guaranteed (A34)

Description

We are selling off many of the small LNAs from our laboratory. All are tested first and sold in working condition, and guaranteed not to be DOA. These amplifiers require heat sinks, so please do not power them up for test without an attached heat-sink or you will destroy the part!
Our lab has verified the following parameters:
Low Frequency: DC
High Frequency: 19 GHz
Nominal Center Frequency Gain: 26 dB
Please note: This LNA has SMA female connectors.
SPECIAL NOTE: The input to this amplifier is DC coupled and has a bias voltage present. So simply use an SMA DC blocking cap or connect to inputs with no DC path (like many antennas).
A word of caution. There are a lot of fake knock-off LNAs on eBay from sellers in China, often the MITEQ brand. These LNAs have been in our laboratory for years, and have been verified by us.
