    Description

Old Northwest Coast Canada Wood Nuu-chah-nulth Nootka Totem Stanley James. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority.
From a private collector in San Francisco.
Lovely antique Handmade totem measures 10” tall, wingspan 6”, base 3” in diameter.
Thunderbird wings move ( missing a nail) and beak broke off long ago (see photos). Also, base cracked and repaired long ago. I was just told that the wings are upside down… Wings can rotate right side up.
Written in pencil on the Back:
    “Vancouver, British Columbia “
    “Stanley James, Nootka Indian “
I wish I had more information on this piece as well as the age.
Please study photos carefully and email me with any questions. No returns. Good luck and thanks for looking!
