    4. True RMS Power Detection The AD8362 is a true rms-response power detector that measures the RF power of complex modulated signals (including CDMA, W-CDMA, 8PSK, QAM, and OFDM signals) regardless of the signal waveform. Suitable for IS95, CDMA2000, 3GPP, GSM/EDGE, MMDS and other broadband access devices.
    5. There are two working modes
    The AD8362 has two modes of operation, power measurement and controller. In Figure 1, in power measurement mode, VOUT and VSET
    The pins are directly connected, and the output voltage is proportional to the logarithm of the effective value of the input power. For every 1dB increase of the input signal, the output voltage Vout increases by 50 mV, and the maximum can reach (Vs-0.1)V. The reading of the voltage directly reflects the power. This mode of operation is suitable for power meters or for power detection in equipment. Another mode of operation is the controller mode. As shown in Figure 2, a reference voltage value is set at the VSET terminal. When the power voltage value detected by the AD8362 is greater than the reference voltage value, the voltage Vout outputs a high level when the AD8362 detects When the power voltage value is less than the reference voltage value, the voltage Vout uses the AD8307 to measure power with a typical linear slope of 0.025 V/dB and a measurement range of -75 dBm to +16 dBm. . It has a shielded case and an anti-reverse protection diode.
